Store Pick Up Feature Added to www.spohn.net

Store Pick Up

We have added a new feature to the shopping cart checkout system on www.spohn.net for local “Store Pick Up”.

If you would like to pick up your order from our location you can now select “Pick Up at Spohn Performance” as your shipping option when placing your order online. This option requires you to pick the date that you will be picking your order up so that we can have everything ready for you upon your arrival. Available pick up days and hours are listed as well.

Please note that no matter what state you reside in, if you pick an order up at our facility you must pay the 6% Pennsylvania sales tax. Our online checkout system will automatically add the sales tax to your order total if you select “Pick Up at Spohn Performance” as your shipping option when ordering online.

If you still see a shipping charge listed even though you selected “Pick Up at Spohn Performance” as your shipping option that means you are getting at least one item that ships from a different location. An example would be a rear end assembly. These items can be shipped to our facility for your local pick up, but you still must pay the inbound shipping charge which is what you are seeing listed when checking out.

Spohn Site Search

Spohn Performance has just launched a much more powerful website search system on our website at www.spohn.net.

Next to our search box located at the top of each page on spohn.net you will see two buttons listed as “Products” and “Site”. The default “Products” search is the site search system we have always had in place to search for products and SKU numbers in our online product catalog.

Our new addition is the “Site” search which is powered by a Google custom search engine and will search our entire domain for the keywords you are searching on. This new “Site” search will return search results from our product catalog, blog articles, support center articles, videos from SpohnTV.com, Facebook wall posts…. and the list goes on. It’s very powerful and very accurate.

The next time you need information on anything related to Spohn products, give the new “Site” search button a click and peruse the wealth of information it will provide. It’s fast and it’s easy!

Spohn Launches Online Knowledgebase, FAQs & Support Center

Spohn FAQs KnowledgebaseAfter many months of hard work we have officially launched the Spohn Performance Online Support Center.

Some of the features of our new online support center include:

  • Search-able Knowledgebase (with suggested search) answers hundreds of frequently asked technical and customer service related questions. Advanced search allows you to search by category, vehicle type, etc.
  • View and download all of our product installation instructions in .pdf format
  • Online message system makes it easy to email whatever department you need to contact. The message system will automatically show articles related to your message as you type, which usually provides you with an instant answer!
  • The latest Spohn Performance news
  • RSS feeds for all support center categories. Subscribe to know when new articles have been posted or edited
  • All articles list what vehicle(s) they relate to
  • All article pages have these features: Print friendly version, email article to a friend, leave comments under articles, subscribe to an article to get emailed if/when it is updated, favorite articles for easy access on the favorites page of the support center, save any article as a .pdf file, rate articles as helpful or not helpful and view a list of related articles underneath each article.
  • A glossary provides the definitions of many commonly used terms. Any term listed in the glossary will be linked on any articles containing those words, just click the linked term to view the definition.
  • Favorites page lets you favorite articles and easily find them by just clicking on the favorites tab.
  • Support Center’s front page lists Featured Articles, News, Most Popular Articles, Newest Articles and Most Popular Searches.
